detail lookups now preserve an existing cached project snapshot when a stale
refresh returns no upstream payload, so search-discovered assets such as
surge-4do not fall through to a project-not-found state during transient upstream degradation.

- Added regression coverage for stale crypto project snapshots remaining readable when refresh materialization fails.
- Verified the targeted crypto service repository test suite locally.
- Updated release notes for the production-visible crypto detail read-path recovery. No knowledge-base update is required because this is an internal reliability correction and does not introduce public setup, API, or legal guidance.
