Verified the dashboard action guard, frontend lint, and dashboard production build locally after the fallback state handling was adjusted for React lint.
Smoke-tested the local /app/crypto/layerzero preview and confirmed the page renders LayerZero, avoids the project-not-found state, and exposes the Open TradingView action.
Updated release notes for the production-visible crypto chart fallback. No knowledge-base update is required because this is an authenticated dashboard resilience improvement and does not introduce public setup, API, or legal guidance.
