Release digest

Added

  • PUBLIC-DOCS-DECISION-GATE (Documentation Debt Control) — release-relevant work now has a local public-documentation decision gate, requiring the top CHANGELOG.md entry to state which user-facing docs were updated or why no public documentation update is required before the change is pushed.

Improved

  • CRYPTO-PUBLIC-DOCS-REFRESH (Evidence Workspace Docs) — Public crypto docs now describe the current stage-aware crypto workspace, Trust Graph read model, readiness report handoff, source provenance, GitHub fallback semantics, chart fallback behavior, audit-evidence wording, and low-coverage states.
  • ASSISTANT-READINESS-DOCS (Workflow Handoff Docs) — Public assistant docs now explain the security readiness brief workflow, readiness route handoff, and state-aware follow-up behavior for short next-step questions.
  • ROOT-SNAPSHOT-REFRESH (Main Project Context) — Root project docs now reflect the closed Security Readiness Report Route sprint, current assistant/crypto/corporate product posture, and local-first governance expectations.

Internal

  • Added regression coverage for the public-docs decision gate path matching and changelog documentation-decision parsing.
  • Integrated the public-docs decision gate into local staged health checks and the local pre-push parity gate.
  • Updated user-facing knowledge-base crypto and assistant docs, root project docs, and internal governance docs. Public documentation was intentionally refreshed because recent shipped crypto/readiness/assistant behavior is product-visible and should not remain documented only in internal sprint closures or changelog entries.
