- CRYPTO-PDF-READINESS-HANDOFF-REGISTRY (Shared Reviewer Inputs) — Security Readiness Packet reviewer inputs now come from the shared evidence requirements registry. The handoff list now includes source freshness metadata alongside contract/source links, audit scope/remediation status, admin-control evidence, disclosure contact, and incident-response ownership.
