• CRYPTO-PDF-EVIDENCE-REQUIREMENTS-GATE (Registry Parity Check) — Added a dedicated scripts/check_crypto_evidence_requirements.py gate and wired it into make prepush for crypto report changes. The gate validates required evidence IDs, stage scopes, action copy, reviewer handoff inputs, explicit pdf_decision, and legal-safe missing-evidence language.

• Added contract coverage that executes the evidence requirements gate script and confirms the expected registry count.
• Updated docs/architecture/CRYPTO_REPORTS.md to document the evidence requirements gate. No public documentation update is required beyond this changelog entry because this is an internal governance check and does not change the visible PDF output or public API surface.
