CRYPTO-PDF-SECURITY-EVIDENCE-DETAILS (Security Provenance Context) — Crypto PDF reports now render attached security_evidence labels, providers, scopes, and freshness inside the Security Provenance Appendix. Raw evidence URLs remain hidden, and the copy preserves the non-audit and non-investment report boundary.

Added view-model and generated-PDF coverage for list-form security evidence, provider/scope/freshness rows, raw URL suppression, safe wording, and placeholder bans.
Updated the deterministic crypto PDF sample gate so the sample report checks attached security provenance and evidence-detail rendering.
Updated docs/architecture/CRYPTO_REPORTS.md and knowledge-base/docs/crypto/dashboard-ui.md because this is visible in the downloadable Security Provenance Appendix.
