CRYPTO-PDF-HISTORY-FALLBACK (Resilient Delta Inputs) — Crypto report generation now preserves normalized 30-day historical snapshots when the primary report aggregator degrades but the project payload and history client remain available. This gives the PDF Delta Snapshot, Evidence Coverage Delta, and trend sections a better chance to show attached historical movement instead of falling back to missing-history copy.

Added route-level contract coverage that forces report aggregation to degrade and confirms the PDF generator still receives normalized historical snapshots.
Re-ran focused crypto report fallback tests to confirm fallback PDFs still return %PDF and keep existing report headers.
Updated docs/architecture/CRYPTO_REPORTS.md and knowledge-base/docs/crypto/dashboard-ui.md because this improves visible PDF delta/trend behavior when historical snapshots are still attached.
