CRYPTO-PDF-MISSING-TAXONOMY-FRESHNESS-GRADE (Evidence Readability) — Crypto PDF reports now include a Missing Evidence Summary that classifies current-payload gaps as Critical missing, Useful to attach, Stage-dependent, or Not expected for this stage. The Source Citation Appendix now also shows a compact freshness grade (Fresh, Updated, Stale, or Not attached) beside each sanitized source label.

Added view-model and generated-PDF contract coverage for the missing-evidence taxonomy, source freshness grades, section ordering, legal-safe wording, and missing-value guardrails.
Updated docs/architecture/CRYPTO_REPORTS.md and knowledge-base/docs/crypto/dashboard-ui.md because this changes visible PDF report behavior. Public-docs decision: documented as report readability and provenance context only, without audit, safety, or investment claims.
