CRYPTO-PDF-COMPLETENESS-VERDICT (Report Usability Readout) — Crypto PDF reports now add a Report Completeness Verdict near the start of the classic body. The verdict labels the report as Usable with caveats, Partial evidence mode, or Gap-list mode based on coverage, source confidence, security provenance, and current evidence gaps.

Added focused PDF contract coverage for normalized completeness verdict rows, generated PDF text, sample-gate coverage, and fixture-backed regression-pack presence.
Updated docs/architecture/CRYPTO_REPORTS.md and knowledge-base/docs/crypto/dashboard-ui.md because this changes visible PDF report structure. Public-docs decision: documented as current-payload report usability only, without project-quality conclusions, audit claims, legal assurance, or investment advice.
