CRYPTO-REPORT-DATA-GAP-ANALYZER (Internal Tooling) — Added scripts/analyze_crypto_report_data_gaps.py to summarize report-derived product data gaps from the realistic crypto PDF regression fixture pack. The analyzer builds the same normalized PDF view model used for rendering and outputs per-case Project Data Gap Backlog rows plus missing required evidence rows, making the next data-harvester and normalization work visible without parsing PDFs manually.

Added regression-pack test coverage for the analyzer summary, including historical snapshots, Trust Graph edge confidence, security evidence depth, source freshness, admin-control mapping, and required-evidence gap counts.
Updated docs/architecture/CRYPTO_REPORTS.md because this adds internal report-planning tooling. Public-docs decision: no user-facing documentation change is required because public PDF output, API behavior, billing, scoring, legal boundaries, and investment-advice disclaimers are unchanged.
