CRYPTO-HISTORY-SNAPSHOT-PERSISTENCE-CONTRACT (Report Logic) — Daily BigQuery crypto snapshots now preserve missing market/TVL/price values as missing instead of exporting fake zero metrics, and can carry report-aware context such as project stage, tokenomics score, unlock progress, data completeness, section sources, and surface-contract metadata when those nullable fields are present.

Added BigQuery client and snapshot-row contract coverage for report context schema evolution, history JSON decoding, insert-row schema filtering, and missing-value preservation.
Updated docs/architecture/CRYPTO_REPORTS.md, docs/reports/audits/2026-06-01_CRYPTO_REPORT_DATA_GAP_ANALYSIS.md, and knowledge-base/docs/crypto/dashboard-ui.md because this improves the history data contract behind downloadable crypto report trend sections. Public-docs decision: user-facing crypto docs now clarify that historical snapshots keep missing market values missing and may include attached coverage/source context when available.
