normalization now accepts nested admin-control packet shapes such as
adminControls.controlPlane,controlPlane, andgovernanceControls.items, then normalizes owner, proxy, Safe/multisig, timelock, pause, upgrade, and role evidence into canonicaladmin_controls.

- Added backend and PDF view-model contract tests proving nested control-plane packets clear admin-control missing states only when reviewable control fields are attached, while raw wrapper keys and owner/proxy addresses stay out of report-facing rows.
- Updated
docs/architecture/CRYPTO_REPORTS.md,docs/reports/audits/2026-06-01_CRYPTO_REPORT_DATA_GAP_ANALYSIS.md, and the crypto report data-gap analyzer guidance. Public docs decision: no public documentation update is required because this is internal report input normalization and does not add a new user-facing workflow, scoring claim, audit claim, billing behavior, legal claim, or investment guidance.
