CRYPTO-BASE-SOURCE-FRESHNESS (Reports) — Base official documentation provenance now carries Vartovii observed-at freshness metadata for attached security, contract/source, and source-family rows. The PDF can now show Base official-doc freshness without implying a source publication date, audit date, safety guarantee, legal assurance, or investment conclusion.

Updated the crypto PDF regression pack and data-gap analyzer expectations so Base remains blocked on historical snapshots only, while thin-data fixtures continue to exercise missing security, contract/source, and admin-control evidence.
Updated docs/architecture/CRYPTO_REPORTS.md and knowledge-base/docs/crypto/dashboard-ui.md. Public docs decision: document observed/fetched source freshness because it changes user-visible PDF freshness behavior while preserving legal-safe boundaries.
