readiness checker now prints
snapshot_quality_stateand the recommended next action directly in failed CLI output, so history-storage follow-up work can distinguish missing snapshots, insufficient snapshots, hygiene issues, and missing comparable report-context fields without opening the JSON manifest.

- Added CLI failure-output coverage for fixture-pack history readiness checks.
- Updated
docs/architecture/CRYPTO_REPORTS.mdto document the failure-output hint. Public docs were not changed because this is an internal support CLI behavior.
