Release digest

Fixed

  • PILOT-INTAKE-DIAGNOSTICS (Reliability) — Added a non-PII client trace id and sanitized backend exception logging for hosted pilot intake submit failures, so production form errors can be correlated without storing names, emails, company names, or request text in logs.
  • PILOT-INTAKE-ERROR-UX (Marketing) — Clarified hosted form error states for validation, rate limiting, server errors, and network failures while keeping the email fallback available only after submit errors.

Internal

  • Added regression coverage that service failures return safe trace details and backend logs do not include pilot request PII.
  • Documentation decision: changelog only. No public docs, architecture docs, sitemap, llms.txt, SEO registry, auth, Stripe, subscription, customer portal, or gated-access documentation change is required because this is a diagnostic reliability hotfix for the existing manual pilot intake route.
