• DASHBOARD-SPA-HEAD-FALLBACK (Runtime / Performance) — Added explicit HEAD handling for /app and /app/* SPA shell routes so crawler, health-check, and agent-style probes receive the same dashboard entrypoint availability signal as browser GET requests.

• Verified the dashboard SPA cache-header contract with targeted pytest.
• Public documentation decision: no knowledge-base article is required because this only aligns HTTP method behavior for an existing noindex dashboard SPA route and does not change product behavior, public claims, pricing, auth, billing, retention, legal boundaries, or data-source behavior.
