Removed the unused dashboard preview-video assets that remained after the
/app/first-fold replacement so production builds cannot accidentally ship or regress to the old MP4 payload.

- Added regression coverage for the local smoke check inventory, non-secret local environment defaults, reserved-domain pilot payload, and removed dashboard preview-video assets.
- Added frontend regression coverage to keep the dashboard snapshot lower panel in its compact stacked layout instead of returning to the old split-column reserve.
- Verified targeted Python regression tests, the local smoke entrypoint, dashboard app shell smoke, and the dashboard production build locally.
- Public documentation decision: no knowledge-base article is required because this is developer automation and static asset cleanup for an existing noindex app shell and does not change product behavior, public claims, pricing, auth, billing, retention, legal boundaries, or data-source behavior.
